Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using our service. This is a binding contract.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Peccure website and services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Peccure provides a business operations platform that includes but is not limited to financial accounting, bookkeeping, invoicing, tax compliance (GST, ITR, TDS), payroll management, and company incorporation services. The Service is designed to help Indian businesses and freelancers manage their operations more efficiently.

3. User Accounts

  • Account Creation: You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
  • Responsibility: You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Fees and Payment

  • Subscription Plans: The Service is billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the subscription plan you select.
  • Payment: A valid payment method is required to process the payment for your Subscription. You shall provide Peccure with accurate and complete billing information.
  • Fee Changes: Peccure, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify the Subscription fees. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle.
  • Refunds: Except when required by law, paid Subscription fees are non-refundable.

5. User Responsibilities

  • Your Data: You are solely responsible for the accuracy, quality, integrity, legality, reliability, and appropriateness of all data you input into the Service ("Your Data"). Peccure is not responsible for any errors or omissions in Your Data.
  • Prohibited Use: You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws in your jurisdiction. You may not use the Service to conduct any fraudulent activity.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding data provided by you), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Peccure Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and its licensors. You own all of Your Data. We do not claim any ownership rights to Your Data.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You can terminate your account at any time from your account settings.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Peccure makes no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. While we provide tools for compliance, you are ultimately responsible for your own tax and legal compliance. In no event shall Peccure be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal suit, action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
