Subscription Plans
Our subscription plans for the Peccure software platform are designed to give you ample opportunity to evaluate the service before committing.
- 14-Day Free Trial: We offer a 14-day free trial for all our subscription plans, no credit card required. We encourage you to use this trial period to ensure the service meets your needs before you make a purchase.
- Post-Trial Period: Once you have subscribed to a paid plan after the trial period, the subscription fees are **non-refundable**. This applies to both monthly and annual billing cycles.
- Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you will not be charged again. You will retain access to the service until the end of that billing period.
One-Time Professional Services
This policy applies to our expert-assisted services, such as Income Tax (ITR) Filing and Company Incorporation.
- Refund Eligibility: A refund for a one-time service may be considered under the following conditions:
- The service could not be delivered due to a fault on our end.
- You requested a cancellation before our experts commenced work on your service request.
- Partial Refunds: If work has already begun on your service request, we may, at our discretion, offer a partial refund based on the amount of work completed.
- Non-Refundable Scenarios: No refund will be issued if:
- The service was completed as described.
- You failed to provide the necessary documents or information required to complete the service in a timely manner.
