Manage your data and account. Delete from the app or request deletion by email.
Delete from the app
If you have the Peccure app installed and are logged in, you can delete your data or account directly:
- Delete my data — Removes all your chat history and conversations. Your account stays active.
- Delete my account — Permanently deletes your account and all associated data.
Open the app → Profile → choose the option you need.

If you cannot access the app or prefer to request deletion by email, use the form below. We will process your request within 7 business days.
